The Legal Center facilitates the National Working Group on Foster Care and Education, a work group of 23 national organizations invested in improving educational outcomes for children in foster care.
National Resource Center on Legal and Judicial Issues
The American Bar Association Center on Children and the Law houses both the Legal Center and the National Child Welfare Resource Center on Legal and Judicial Issues (NRCLJI), funded by the Children’s Bureau of the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Administration on Children and Families.
The NRCLJI is a member of the federal Training and Technical Assistance Network.
